LEAD ENGINEER - INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION & CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

Lavorerai a Torino e sarai il riferimento tecnico per i sistemi conveyor, l’architettura elettrica e l’automazione software. L’obiettivo è garantire che il progetto del fornitore sia conforme agli standard aziendali, alle normative di sicurezza, alle esigenze dell’impianto e ai target di performance.

Partecipare alle attività di co-engineering con il fornitore
• Revisionare e approvare la progettazione: sistemi conveyor (Power & Free, Skid, EMS – Electrified Monorail System, logiche di anticollisione, buffering, tracciabilità RFID – Radio-Frequency Identification); architettura elettrica (quadri, sensori, attuatori, inverter VFD – Variable Frequency Drive, motori, dispositivi di sicurezza); software (logiche PLC, logiche di sicurezza su Safety PLC, interfacce HMI, supervisione SCADA, diagnostica, allarmi)
• Gestire la matrice delle interfacce tra conveyor, cabine, forni, pretrattamento, sistemi di movimentazione, sistemi informativi come MES – Manufacturing Execution System, QMS – Quality Management System, sistemi di tracciabilità.
• Collaborare con process engineering, manutenzione, HSE, OT (Operational Technology) e IT (Information Technology)
• Rivedere e approvare: schemi elettrici (EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical), layout quadri e cablaggi, architettura PLC / Safety PLC, I/O (segnali Input/Output) distribuiti, configurazioni di rete industriale, architetture di sicurezza (PL – Performance Level, SIL – Safety Integrity Level)
• Validare la diagnostica software, la gestione allarmi, il naming e la modularità
• Laurea in Automazione, Elettrica o Meccatronica.
~5+ anni di esperienza in impianti con conveyor (preferenza automotive).
~ Competenza con PLC/SCADA (Siemens, Rockwell).
~ Italiano fluente, inglese tecnico.
