The position aims of supporting the technical Departments based in Sanremo within the extended Riviera area by being an experimented & reliable team member for the implementation of current operations through high standard delivery of concierge, technical and logistic services through a variety of daily tasks for the successful fulfilment of clients ‘requests, the Company’s global operations, management directives and overall performance targets. Suppliers’ invoices verification according to quotations & service provided; Company database datas entry (services ordered & delivered / contact details / documents compliance); Invoices drafting; Support the Managers on the overall activities. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS 2 or more years of Maritime / Yachting agency experience (not compulsory); Certificate of higher education; Basic knowledge of the Yachting Industry and its stakeholders; Onboard experience is a plus; Bilingual in the English Italian Languages (written & verbal), any other language is a plus; Information Technology proficiency “Microsoft office”; Proficiency on database management tools. SKILLS AND EXPERIENC E Advanced communication & interpersonal skills; Multi-cultural & cross-cultural awareness; Customer service experience; Luxury sector service experience; Excellent analytical skills; Capable of working independently / autonomously. Organizational and time management skills.
