Job description

This role ensures the highest standards of service and operational consistency across all properties. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvement and brand integrity throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy quality control systems across hotel and resort operations
Monitor performance indicators and compliance metrics (ISO, HACCP, brand standards)
Conduct internal assessments and support external audits
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Brand teams to align quality with strategic goals

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Quality Systems
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence, preferably in luxury hospitality or resort chains or at least 5 years in hotel operation roles( Director of operations or above )
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
