SENIOR FURNITURE DESIGNER - PRODUCT DESIGNER
Laurea magistrale in Disegno Industriale, Architettura, Ingegneria del Design o titolo equivalente; Master o specializzazione nel design del prodotto o interior design saranno considerati titoli preferenziali;
Esperienza in ruoli di progettazione presso studi o aziende leader nel settore dell’arredamento di lusso e interior design;
Comprovata esperienza nel design e sviluppo di complementi d’arredo unici, innovativi e su misura, Made in Italy, con orientamento ai mercati italiani ed esteri;
Ottima conoscenza del design del prodotto, della lavorazione dei materiali (legno, metallo, vetro, resine, tessuti, ecc.) e delle tecniche di produzione avanzate;
Esperienza consolidata nello sviluppo di prodotti, dalla fase concettuale al prototipo, fino alla produzione in serie o su misura;
Eccellente padronanza dei software: Rhinoceros, Autocad, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator e KeyShot. Familiarità con altri strumenti di rendering e modellazione costituisce un plus;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Domicilio in Lombardia (Como, Milano o aree limitrofe) o disponibilità al trasferimento immediato.
Progettazione e sviluppo di collezioni d’arredo di lusso, in stretta collaborazione con l’Artista e il team;
Coordinamento dell’intero ciclo creativo: ricerca di tendenze, materiali e moodboard; concept design; sviluppo tecnico; prototipazione e supervisione della produzione;
Innovazione continua nel design dei prodotti, con particolare attenzione alla combinazione di materiali e tecnologie avanzate;
Gestione diretta dei rapporti con fornitori, produttori e collaboratori per garantire la qualità e l’eccellenza del prodotto finale;
Creazione e revisione di presentazioni, disegni tecnici dettagliati, schede tecniche e materiale promozionale per clienti e partner;
Collaborazione con la direzione per definire strategie di design e posizionamento sul mercato.

Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi : assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato, full time, con retribuzione e compensi commisurati alle competenze ed al grado di esperienza maturate;
