We are partnered with a leading M&A Insurance Underwriter for an entry-level hire into their team in Milan. Headquartered in New York and London, and with a team built by former attorneys and advisors in the fields of M&A, tax, insurance, litigation, intellectual property and capital markets, our client is an elite MGA in the sector looking to grow their junior team in Europe with an ambitious, diligent, and collaborative Law Graduate eager to make a name for themselves.

This is a great opportunity to utilize your legal experience in a much more commercial and entrepreneurial environment.

Advise our clients on legal issues during their corporate transactions
Ensure up to date records are always maintained on the Company systems
Provide relevant management information to senior management
Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required
Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise
Keep informed of all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the department
A degree in Law is required
Ideally at least 1 year of post graduate work
Fluent in Italian
Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships
