The overall goal of the Brand Activation Manager is to make Zamora Company’s brands more relevant within key stakeholders in the Italian on-trade as well as to support the Area Management on key international projects- The focus brands will be Martin Miller’s Gin (80%) and Licor 43 (20%) .
On the conceptual side , the Brand Activation Manager will work closely with the Global Marketing and Activation team to ensure concepts are relevant for the key outlets and can be effectively implemented in the local market.
On the executional side , the role will support and challenge our distributor, Compagnia dei Caraibi (CDC), to deliver activities of the highest possible quality within the most relevant universe for the brands.
The Brand Activation Manager will also monitor the performance of activations, benchmark across outlets, and facilitate learnings to continuously improve execution and impact.
Driving Success in Italian On Trade
Manage the activation of Martin Miller’s Gin in the most relevant outlets, with a strong focus on driving rotation as well as visibility .
Develop and implement a brand market segmentation for the Zamora brands and drive the implementation
Adapt global concepts to the Italian market in collaboration with the Global Marketing & Activation team - support and manage brand trainings in international market based on defined projects
Represent Zamora brands during special events and with strategic customers.
Secure high-leve l communication and training materials for CDC teams and customers and support international synergies .
Develop and deliver workshops and training to drive focus and executional excellence in Italy and internationally within defined projects.
Act as the national lead and international deputy for brand–customer programmes, ensuring strong alignment and delivery.
Manage own A&P budget and activation calendar, aligned with yearly brand plans.
Track and evaluate KPIs, with rotation of Martin Miller’s Gin as a key measure of success, alongside visibility, engagement, and sales impact.
Interest in lifestyle, fashion, and emerging trends , with the ability to translate them into relevant brand activations.
Willingness to work during evenings and weekends when required by activations or events.
Good understanding of social media tools and how to amplify offline activations digitally.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
