Abbi Group ricerca una Risorsa da inserire all'interno dell'Ufficio Tecnico della sede Crai Tirreno, di Monterotondo.


Gestione delle check- list di verifica e programmazione interventi manutentivi di natura ordinaria/straordinaria;
Gestione di appalti e/o lavorazioni a chiamata;
Tenuta e verifica database di attrezzature e materiali presenti in Azienda;
Raccolta e gestione dei contratti con i Fornitori;
Direzione lavori nei cantieri, monitoraggio dell'evoluzione dell'opera e rispondenza al progetto, nel rispetto delle normative di settore e delle norme di sicurezza vigenti;
Capacità di gestione ed organizzazione delle attività in autonomia, nel rispetto delle indicazioni e tempistiche di consegna fornite.
