This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on problem-solving, translating business needs into scalable architectures, and optimizing customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve operational bottlenecks, and lead initiatives that enhance performance and sustainability. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Design and implement AWS-based contact center solutions (Amazon Connect). Perform requirements analysis and translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer experience. Develop and optimize Contact Flows for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Measure and tune operational KPIs (ASA, AHT, FCR). Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and technical excellence. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of experience in Cloud Architecture / AWS Contact Center solutions. Strong expertise in: Amazon Connect (mandatory) AWS Lambda (design/orchestration focus) S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM Experience with serverless architectures and API integrations (CRM/ERP). Analytical mindset: problem decomposition, hypothesis definition, rapid testing.
