NetSuite Administrator A growing international company is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join its Systems team. This is a senior inhouse position where you'll play a key role in managing, maintaining, and customising the NetSuite ERP system to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Manage the day‐to‐day administration and monitoring of the NetSuite ERP system
Provide 1st line support to users, including troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Deliver new user training and onboarding sessions
Coordinate and manage bi‐annual system upgrades, including user training on new features
3+ years' NetSuite experience with strong administrator knowledge
~ Previous experience as a systems administrator (global company experience is a plus)
~ Proficiency in dashboards, user onboarding/offboarding, and training delivery
~ Exposure to core financial processes (Order‐to‐Cash, Record‐to‐Report, Procure‐to‐Pay)
~ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
~ Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, and training users
~ Technical proficiency in ERP administration, upgrades, testing, and release cycles
~ Milan, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
