La risorsa sarà inserita nella Direzione IT , all’interno del team Service Oriented Architecture . Il ruolo prevede attività di sviluppo software , gestione dei fornitori esterni, progettazione e definizione delle specifiche tecniche per progetti applicativi e di ammodernamento tecnologico. La posizione contribuisce direttamente alla strategia di evoluzione dei sistemi informativi, garantendo l’allineamento con gli obiettivi di Gruppo e la conformità alle normative di sicurezza. Responsabilità Principali Progettazione e sviluppo di soluzioni software in architetture a microservizi, con particolare attenzione all’innovazione e alla scalabilità Collaborazione con team interni e fornitori per la definizione delle specifiche e la gestione dei progetti Supervisione delle attività di integrazione, test e rilascio delle soluzioni applicative Partecipazione attiva alla governance IT, contribuendo al monitoraggio dei KPI e degli SLA dei fornitori Supporto alla pianificazione strategica e alla gestione del budget IT Presidio della sicurezza informatica e della continuità operativa dei servizi IT Requisiti Laurea preferibilmente in discipline informatiche Esperienza di circa 5 anni come sviluppatore Java back-end, con ottima conoscenza di Spring / Spring Boot Solida esperienza in architetture a microservizi e tecnologie di containerizzazione ( Docker , Kubernetes ) Conoscenza dei principali database relazionali e familiarità con ambienti Unix Ottime capacità relazionali , precisione , affidabilità , proattività e orientamento all’innovazione Gradita esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e nella collaborazione con team multidisciplinari Sede di lavoro: Milano .
