As part of our consulting teams, you will actively contribute to client projects by applying your business and process knowledge to help create impactful solutions. Support client projects through research, analysis, and structured problem solving
Prepare written deliverables, presentations, and supporting materials
Manage assigned tasks independently, taking responsibility for quality, accuracy, and deadlines
Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through formal training, mentoring, coaching, networking, and on-the-job learning

Limited or no prior business or consulting experience
Basic business knowledge, including problem-solving, process analysis, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
A strong appreciation for emotional intelligence in day-to-day professional interactions
