To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Transport Manager who understands the freight market and can operate independently from day one. Your Responsibilities Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the road freight sector Actively acquire new clients and expand the company’s customer portfolio Prepare and negotiate customized commercial offers Work closely with operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, rates, and competitors Achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong ownership mindset Your Profile Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Freight Forwarder, Transport Broker, or within a Transport Agency Solid understanding of road freight pricing, margins, and market dynamics Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills Fluent English required Italian, German, or another European language is a strong advantage Highly autonomous, target-driven, and commercially minded Willingness to relocate full-time to Austria (38.5 hours/week) What We Offer Full-time, stable contract (38.5h/week) Annual gross salary range: €40,000 – €70,000 , based on experience and performance Performance-based bonuses and additional benefits 14 salary payments per year 25 vacation days per year Free German language course to support integration Continuous professional development and real career growth opportunities Modern office in the center of Kufstein, well connected and international
