We are building and scaling AI-powered consumer apps across multiple international markets, including Europe, with products such as Question.Run fast-paced A/B tests, funnel analysis, pricing experiments, onboarding optimization, and growth loops
• Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and creative teams to drive high-impact experiments
• Analyze user behavior, cohort data, CAC/LTV, and subscription economics
• Drive continuous learning through data, insights, and rapid iteration

2–6 years of experience in growth, product, data, performance marketing, or monetization
• Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decision-making, experimentation thinking)
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, attribution platforms, or experimentation frameworks is a plus
• Fluent in English; Remote-friendly or Europe-based
