The Sales & Marketing division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the recruitment of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for a candidate on behalf of a leading company in the food sector for the position of:
Export Director – Europe
Monitor market trends and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making;
Handle negotiations with key clients in the Food Service, Normal Trade, and Modern Trade sectors, including commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activities;
Managing a team of junior sales and back office;
Collaborate with production, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure operational excellence, and with the export and customer service teams for post-sales support.
Previous experience in the food sector, specifically in cured meats and cold cuts, is mandatory;
Excellent command of the English language is required;
Solid understanding of international markets and commercial operations;
Willingness to travel internationally;
Flexible working with business travel abroad and to HQ.
