We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our growing team and support the company’s financial backbone. This hybrid role combines strategic finance and financial controlling, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast-growing tech company. Assist in fundraising activities (equity, debt, grants), including preparation of investor materials
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, valuations, and forecasting
• Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and strategic projects
• Produce board decks, investor updates, and strategic reporting packages
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate key business levers

Controlling
• Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles across departments
• Track and report on cost centers, project profitability, and key financial KPIs
• Propose and implement improvements in cost control and financial efficiency
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit or controlling (Big 4, startups, tech, VC/PE a plus)
• Strong experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) (incl. variance analysis, scenario planning, and KPI tracking)
• Proficient in Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint; experience with ERP(Oracle) or accounting systems preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of Italian is highly preferred
