Per Compagnia Assicurativa Internazionale siamo alla ricerca di un Enterprise Risk Manager, che dovrà supportare l'Head of Actuarial & Risk Analytics nella gestione e nel potenziamento del sistema di Risk Management di Gruppo.
La risorsa sarà un punto di riferimento per l'identificazione, l'analisi e il monitoraggio dei rischi aziendali, collaborando con diverse funzioni per trasformare i dati in decisioni strategiche.
Coordinare la preparazione dei report di rischio destinati al Risk and Controls Committee;
Supportare il processo di valutazione annuale dei rischi, in collaborazione con il team Compliance;
Lavorare con i team Finance e Business per sviluppare analisi e insight basati sui rischi, a supporto della pianificazione strategica;
Guidare iniziative di scenario analysis a livello di gruppo;
Garantire la produzione accurata e puntuale dei principali indicatori di rischio (Key Risk Indicators).
almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel risk management aziendale, preferibilmente nel settore finanziario o assicurativo;
solide competenze in risk governance, processi e reporting.
