Your role at KIKO Milano For the Piedmont Area, we are looking for a Retail Trainer who will support our store teams in developing their product and selling skills, contributing to an excellent customer experience that is fully aligned with the Brand's values. Such talent will report to a Retail Training Manager and collaborate with a team of other Retail Trainers in the Country Italy. As a Retail Trainer, you will develop our Beauty Advisors skills, supporting them in delivering the best customer experience and in celebrating everyone's beauty and uniqueness. In this role, you will: Deliver on-the-job training and organize sessions – in store and online – on products, selling techniques and application techniques. Cascade guidelines and training contents developed by the Global Retail Training team, tailoring them to the needs of the local market. Track training effectiveness, collecting feedback and proposing continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing store performance. Partner with Area Managers and Store Managers to support team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. What you will need to succeed At least 3 years of experience in training, coaching or store management roles within the retail industry (beauty, fashion or premium retail). Make-Up Artist certification or equivalent professional experience. Strong communication, public speaking and classroom management skills. Genuine passion for the beauty world and for people development. Confidence in using digital tools and e-learning platforms. Willingness to travel frequently across the territory. Good knowledge of English (B2 level or above). We would love if you had A leader mindset and strong results orientation. Active listening, empathy and emotional intelligence.
