What You’ll Be Doing Oversee on-site conversions of balers to plastic tie systems Train plant teams on optimal usage and troubleshoot performance Feed technical insights from customer sites back to HQ Support sales and account managers as the technical point of contact What You’ll Bring Experience working directly with baling equipment (highly preferred)2+ years in a field engineering or industrial technician role A hands-on mechanical mindset and customer-facing skills Ability to travel regularly and work independently Who This Suits You’re a practically minded engineer who understands the realities of waste and recycling environments.
