We’re looking for a Business Sales Representative with a strong fintech background and proven success in selling SaaS B2B products. This is a unique opportunity to join a fintech scale-up at a key growth stage — where your results will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target segments.
Contribute to cross-selling and upselling by identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing customer bases
Stay on top of fintech trends and competitors to fine-tune our go-to-market approach.
Represent Tot at industry events and networking opportunities.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
~ Proven track record in selling digital products or SaaS platforms.
~ Data-driven mindset: you know how to use KPIs to guide decisions.
~ Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Passion for fintech innovation and the SME ecosystem.
