Test Manager Senior – Freelance Durata prevista: 12 mesi Seniority: Alta (>5 anni di esperienza) Numero di risorse richieste: 1 Contratto: Freelance Descrizione del ruolo Cerchiamo un Test Manager Senior freelance con esperienza consolidata, in grado di gestire e coordinare attività di test in contesti complessi e multi-fornitore. Il candidato ideale possiede una visione completa di tutte le fasi del testing, dal test funzionale al test automation, e sa interagire con il Business e con stakeholder a livello dirigenziale. Responsabilità principali Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività di test come freelance , garantendo qualità e tempistiche. Gestire test funzionali, test automation e supportare le attività di UAT come freelance . Preparare e fornire reportistica dettagliata sullo stato dei test a stakeholder e dirigenti. Gestire incontri con team interni e fornitori esterni come freelance , assicurando l’allineamento con gli obiettivi di business. Applicare le best practice di Test Management freelance , migliorando continuamente processi e metodologie. Collaborare con i team di sviluppo, QA e Business per assicurare una visione integrata dei progetti come freelance . Requisiti obbligatori Esperienza pluriennale come Test Manager freelance (>5 anni). Conoscenza completa dei processi di test: functional testing , test automation e gestione UAT come freelance . Capacità di coordinare team e gestire contesti multi-fornitore come freelance . Inglese C1 obbligatorio. Eccellenti competenze in Test Management freelance , reportistica e comunicazione con stakeholder senior. Competenze aggiuntive valutate positivamente Conoscenza di PassInsurance . Esperienza nel settore assicurativo
