Producer (Full-time)
Courage Production is looking for a Full-Time Producer to start in March or April 2026, depending on availability.

After an initial onboarding period, this role requires managing clients and projects with a high level of autonomy. You will oversee photo/video shoots in Milan and on location across Italy.

Structure: Hybrid setup. Central Milan office (4 days/week) and remote work (min 1 day/week).

Responsibilities
Manage photo/video projects autonomously across all production phases: from bidding and budgeting to final execution for commercial and fashion campaigns.
Manage client relationships and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with various internal and freelance production teams.
Manage and optimize relationships with logistic and creative suppliers.
Handle project reconciliation and coordinate with the Courage administrative department.

Essential Requirement
~3-4 years of experience in the sector as a Producer (freelance or in-house). We will not consider candidates without consolidated experience. This is an operational role, not a training position.


Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Advanced English and Italian (C1 level). Both languages are essential for daily work, and the interviews will be conducted in English.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Strong communication skills and active listening (internal teams and clients).
Confident public speaking skills, with the ability to address and lead large crews.
Proficiency in Office and iWork (Numbers, Keynote).
Plus: Own vehicle (car/scooter) and additional languages.

Compensation
Determined based on experience.
