Vacancy: Supply Specialist (with Odoo ERP Experience) 📍 Amsterdam / International 🏢 Pulsbio BV ⏱ Fulltime Pulsbio is a fast-growing international trading company in organic commodities such as pulses, nuts, seeds, grains and ingredients. With warehouses and partners across Europe and direct sourcing from thousands of farmers, we are building a highly efficient, transparent and scalable supply chain. To strengthen and professionalize our operations, we are looking for a Supply Specialist with strong experience in Odoo ERP . Your Role As Supply Specialist, you are the operational backbone between purchasing, logistics, inventory and sales inside Odoo. You make sure that every movement in the physical supply chain is perfectly reflected in the system. You will be responsible for: Managing and optimizing supply chain processes in Odoo Setting up and maintaining: Purchase Orders Stock movements & lot/batch tracking Inbound and outbound logistics Transport orders Warehouse flows Monitoring stock levels and ensuring full traceability (BIO compliance) Controlling and linking: Purchase invoices Transport costs Warehouse costs Reducing manual work through smarter workflows Improving reporting on: Margins Stock valuation Open positions Working closely with: Purchasing Warehouses Freight forwarders Finance Quality & certification teams Your Profile 2–3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics or operations Strong experience with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP: SAP, Netsuite, Dynamics) Solid understanding of: Inventory management International logistics (containers, Incoterms) Batch & lot traceability Highly structured, analytical and process-driven Experience in food, agriculture or commodities is a strong plus Fluent in English (Dutch or Italian is a bonus) What We Offer A key role in a fast-growing international scale-up Direct impact on efficiency, margins and scalability Entrepreneurial environment with short decision lines Competitive salary and growth opportunities The chance to shape how Odoo is used strategically across the company International exposure to European supply chains and container logistics Why This Role at Pulsbio Is Unique At Pulsbio you are not just “using” an ERP system.
