Portare innovazione che non riempie slide ma arriva sullo scaffale e nella vita delle persone . Cosa farai Disegnerai la visione marketing per tutto il Personal Care Italia. Porterai una comunicazione social-first senza nostalgie ATL-centriche. Costruirai pipeline d’innovazione che funzionano nel mercato reale. Gestirai media e budget con ownership totale. Lavorerai gomito a gomito con Trade Marketing e Customer Development per garantire coerenza e velocità . Farai crescere un team marketing di talento. E avrai spazio per lasciargli autonomia.
