TutorYou is an IB (International Baccalaureate) and IGCSE Tutoring and University Consulting company, established in 2014, in which students play the main role. TutorYou’s philosophy is based on ‘Students Helping Students’ as we strongly believe in ‘peer to peer’ relationships and communication.
TutorYou started as a tutoring company for the International Baccalaureate, where recently graduated IB students tutor current students. This model quickly gained popularity as we match each of our top graduate tutors with the most appropriate student to provide unique, tailored educational support for every client. We also work closely with Italian and International schools and in January 2017, we became a registered UCAS centre.
We promote the educational programmes of our Partner Institutions organising workshops as well as Mini University Fairs in Italian and International High Schools, which provide a great opportunity for students to meet both University representatives and our tutors.
Coordinate Tutors – Manage groups of tutors, ensuring smooth logistics for courses and services.
~ Gather Insights – Collect and analyze feedback from students, parents, and tutors to drive continuous improvement.
~ Solve Problems – Work with tutors to quickly address any service issues.
~ Organize Events – Plan and coordinate education-based events, both small and large-scale.
~ Experience in education, customer service, or related fields (but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Having completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma
Background in event planning or project coordination.
Additional languages
Proficiency in using a CRM
Gain hands-on experience in education, event management, and client relations
