As Plant Controller you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies. This role acts as a key business partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, providing financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the plant. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. Cost Accounting Maintain accurate product costing and inventory valuation. Analyze production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency. Support pricing decisions and margin analysis. Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure adherence to corporate accounting standards and local regulations. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets. Business Partnering Collaborate with Plant Director and operational teams to optimize performance. Provide financial insights for investment decisions and process improvements. Reporting & Systems Manage ERP system data integrity for plant operations. Prepare reports for corporate headquarters and local management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Key Competencies Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong business acumen and proactive approach.
