Company Description Vaily is an early-stage venture focused on immersive VR experiences at the intersection of travel, emotions, and personal transformation. We’re building something new, not following existing models. Role Description We’re looking for a VR / XR Developer to join an early-stage project as a technical co-founder . You’ll help design and build an immersive VR experience from the ground up, turning abstract concepts and emotions into interactive worlds. This is not a standard job role. It’s a builder position for someone who wants to create, experiment, and shape the product vision. Requirements Experience with VR / XR development Strong skills in Unity or Unreal Engine Solid programming background (C#, C++, or similar) Interest in immersive storytelling and experience design Entrepreneurial mindset Note International profiles welcome US-based developers strongly preferred
