In a rapidly evolving international context, we are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst for our headquarters in Origgio (VA) who wants to be part of this challenge.
set up and implement the company management control system;
design and launch analytical accounting and cost monitoring processes by cost center and production line;
carrying out regular reporting tasks, data analysis and analyzing variances between budgets, actual results, and forecasts, highlighting the main production and supply variables;
supporting the adoption of Business Intelligence tools to make data analysis more effective and usable.
At least 3-5 years of experience in management control, at a consulting firm or manufacturing company;
Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles;
Excellent skills in advanced Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP or equivalent management software is a plus);
Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools;
Excellent knowledge of English, to work in an international environment (proficiency in German is a plus)
