AREA MANAGER

da inserire in un progetto di sviluppo commerciale legato ad un brand di rilievo.

Gestione e selezione della forza vendite impiegata in area;
Affiancamento degli agenti e aiuto nella gestione dei rapporti con la clientela di maggior pregio;
Verifica e gestione delle problematiche su territorio generale;
Organizzazione delle riunioni di area;
Organizzazione e supervisione dei corsi di formazione decentrati;

Patente in corso di validità; Provvigioni su area in gestione e sull’area in generale;
~ l’azienda inoltre prevede dei periodi commerciali ove vengono assegnati obiettivi di vendita con premi consistenti al raggiungimento degli stessi.
~ Corso di formazione iniziale della durata minima di due settimane;
~ Formazione di richiamo ogni 30/45 giorni circa.


Orario di lavoro: da gestire in autonomia, si richiede presenza ai canvass nazionali e alle singole riunioni di area;
