At OPIS , a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we are seeking a "hungry for success" Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on EU region. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, research target companies, and connect with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports. High school diploma or a degree ~Native/fluent Italian and English with strong communication skills. ~ Excellent organizational and planning abilities. ~ Full onboarding and training to ensure your success in the role.
