Ready to lead the launch of a purpose-led Pet Food brand in Italy? Our client is bringing their mission-driven, high-growth e-commerce business to Milan – and they’re looking for a commercial and creative Growth Manager to drive results from day one. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy, manage multi-million Euro marketing budgets, and start building your own local team. Backed by the success of their UK, German and Dutch operations.

This hire will turn an exciting brand story into measurable growth across Italy.

Design and execute Italy’s full marketing strategy alongside the Country Manager
– Lead customer acquisition via Paid Search, Paid Social, and new channels
– Analyse performance and adjust direction using robust data-led insight

Have deep experience managing €3m+ marketing budgets at scale
– Know Paid Search, Paid Social & SEO
– Bring hands-on team leadership and a proven record in e-commerce growth
– Be fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
– Monthly London travel with all costs covered
– Flexibility to shape the Italian team and marketing roadmap
– Access to senior leadership and fast-track progression potential
