Prot. 13/I/0001610/03.01 del 05/02/2010 - Filiale di Firenze, ricerca per conto di importante gruppo lusso settore moda: Infrastructure & Security Coordinator La figura ideale coniuga competenze tecniche in ambito cybersecurity e infrastruttura IT, con una forte capacità di coordinamento interno ed esterno. Dovrà gestire l'intera catena di asset aziendali (server, clienti, dispositivi mobili) garantendo sicurezza, operatività e conformità normativa, oltre a coordinare i team di supporto tecnico interni ed esterni. Il candidato ideale possiede: • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo • Ottima conoscenza dell'amministrazione server (Windows Server, Azure, Linux)• Ottima conoscenza di gestione client ed endpoint tramite soluzioni centralizzate (Intune)• Ottima conoscenza di domini Cyber Security (IAM, Security Architecture, Security Infrastructure, Incident Management, etc.)• Precedente esperienza in delivery di Vulnerability Assessment e Penetration Test • Conoscenza base dell'infrastruttura di rete (switch, routing, firewall, VPN)• Capacità di leadership, coordinamento, pianificazione e gestione • Attenzione al dettaglio e al cliente • Preferibile possesso di certificazioni come ISO 27001, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified (Azure, Intune), etc. • Laurea in Information Technology, Ingegneria o simili • Disponibilità a trasferte • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Le mansioni includeranno: • Implementazione di Policy e procedure di sicurezza (es. flussi IAM, etc.) • Monitoraggio End Point Protection (server e cliente)• Monitoraggio, definizione e miglioramento delle linee guida per gestire la sicurezza Software e le eventuali vulnerabilità informatiche • Gestione delle misure appropriate per risolvere problemi di protezione e ridurre i rischi • Attività di interfaccia tra il SOC e le strutture interne, gestendo tutti gli aspetti di comunicazione e di coordinamento (es. gestione degli incidenti) • Verifica periodica della sicurezza tramite Vulnerability Assessment e Penetration Test • Gestione e monitoraggio della piattaforma server (configurazione, patching, aggiornamenti, performance tuning)• Amministrazione e provisioning client (immagini, configurazioni standard, deployment, end-of-life)• Gestione della piattaforma MDM (Intune: enrollment dispositivi mobili, policy di compliance, distribuzione app aziendali, gestione remota e troubleshooting)• Inventory e asset management: tracciabilità hardware, ciclo di vita asset, CMDB • Pianificazione capacity e upgrade infrastrutturale • Coordinamento team tecnici (L1/L2/L3): assignment ticket, escalation, quality check, training tecnico su L1 Si offre: contratto diretto con l'azienda a tempo indeterminato. Luogo di lavoro: Gallarate (VA). Orario di lavoro: full-time. Benefit: Buoni pasto giornalieri del valore di € 07,00, 5 giorni di smart working al mese. RAL: 45k – 55k.
