We are looking for a versatile and proactive Sales and Business Development Responsible to join our team in Trieste, Italy . The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and strengthening relationships with current and potential customers, analyzing customer needs, structuring sales processes, and offering effective logistics solutions.

We are hiring a Sales and Business Development Responsible for our logistics company based in Italy. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or trade marketing within the logistics sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
Proven ability to build strong business relationships
Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments in Italy
Manage all sales and business development activities related to logistics services for corporate clients in the assigned region
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive growth in targeted sectors
Prepare and manage annual sales budgets and financial plans for the region
Monitor product and sales profitability and adjust strategies accordingly
Develop and implement pricing and sales strategies in line with market trends
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic analyses to senior management
