IT MANAGER
per una nota PMI Innovativa con sede operativa a Brescia, che ha dimostrato una crescita estremamente rapida evolvendo da Startup a entità strutturata in pochi anni.
L'azienda è specializzata nello sviluppo e nell'integrazione di soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate (Tecnologie 4.0 IoT, AI, materiali innovativi) applicate alla transizione energetica e all'efficienza dei sistemi.

possibilità di lavoro ibrido (2 giorni a settimana).
L'azienda è in una fase di trasformazione interna e necessita di strutturare l'organizzazione IT per sostenere la sua rapida crescita. La figura ricercata è un IT Manager con un'impronta fortemente operativa e di coordinamento tecnico tra i vari reparti. La persona dovrà organizzare l’ambiente infrastrutturale in evoluzione, portando l'azienda a un nuovo livello di maturità operativa e tecnologica. Requisiti tecnici e funzionali:
esperienza in ambiente Linux e Windows;
competenze di sviluppo - idealmente Python e C per microcontrollori o moduli integrati;
familiarità con protocolli IoT;
conoscenza di strumenti di monitoraggio e logging;
capacità di gestione di progetti di trasformazione digitale;
visione strategica e capacità di tradurre le esigenze in soluzioni IT;
