Develop sales plans based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals. Recruit, manage, and train local partners, and be responsible for distributors achieving their annual targets. Coordinate project execution, take responsibility for final outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Background in communications electronics or industrial automation; Previous experience in project sales or overseas sales is preferred. Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short-term or long-term assignments as required by the job. English and Spanish can be used as working languages.
