Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Product Specialist on behalf of a leading company in the Automotive sector, to be included in the After Sales Marketing team. Responsibilities: Conduct market and competitor analysis to support the definition of the spare parts portfolio strategy. Monitor product performance (volumes, margins, mix) through KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence tools. Support the creation of marketing materials and the management of the digital spare parts catalog. Participate in innovation, forecasting, and digitalization projects within the After Sales business. A growth path in marketing and product management. Involvement in commercial performance analysis and the development of decision-making dashboards. Strong analytical mindset and interest in marketing and product strategy. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital tools is a plus. Fluency in Italian and English.
