Electrical Quality Inspector

Electrical Quality Inspector required to support the Quality Assurance team of a company operating in the renewable energy sector, involved in the execution of solar photovoltaic plants and revamping projects across the entire national territory. The role's primary responsibility will be the management of Non-Conformities (NCRs) and claims towards construction contractors and suppliers. A secondary involvement in Inspection Coordination activities, as well as desk and field expediting, may also be required in support of the project teams. The position is open to junior profiles, provided they have an electrical background and a suitable technical and operational mindset. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance – NCR & Claims (Primary Scope) Support in the management of non-conformities (NCRs) related to: Construction activities Supplies and materials Analysis of non-conformity root causes and collection of technical evidence Support in the definition, implementation, and verification of corrective actions Support in the management of claims towards: Construction contractors Suppliers and sub-suppliers Interface with internal teams (QA, Engineering, Construction, Procurement) Inspection Coordination (Secondary Scope) Support to Inspection Coordination activities, including: Planning and coordination of inspection activities Interface with inspectors, suppliers, and construction sites Support in managing inspection windows Verification that inspections are correctly performed in accordance with project requirements Support in the management, review, and archiving of inspection documentation (inspection reports, evidence, follow-up) Expediting (Desk & Field – Secondary Scope) Support to desk expediting activities, including: Monitoring of supply progress Document follow-up Verification of technical and quality documentation Possible involvement in field expediting at: Construction sites Suppliers' premises Support in the preparation of progress and quality reports Reporting & Coordination Preparation and update of Quality Assurance reports Support to document traceability and archiving Information coordination between headquarters, construction sites, and suppliers Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Technical Background Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Energy disciplines Electrical background, including junior-level profiles Experience Limited or entry-level experience in one or more of the following areas: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Construction / Site activities Solar photovoltaic plants or electrical infrastructures Considered a plus Site experience Exposure to NCRs, claims, inspections, or inspection coordination activities Languages Italian: fluent English: excellent written and spoken proficiency Other Requirements Availability for travel across the Italian territory Initial presence: 5 days per week on site
