QUALITY ENGINEER
da inserire nell'ambito della Funzione Qualità di Stabilimento.
Il candidato ideale supporterà lo sviluppo, l’implementazione ed il mantenimento delle procedure e dei sistemi di controllo qualità nell’ambito dello stabilimento di competenza e nel rispetto delle logiche ISO9001/2015 e del TQM Alfagomma. fornire supporto nell’analisi delle cause dei problemi qualitativi e nella gestione dei reclami clienti;
collaborare con le funzioni produzione ed ingegneria nelle attività di miglioramento continuo;
supportare l’emissione e l’aggiornamento della documentazione di qualità (es. flow chart, FMEA, control plan, OPL, procedure, SWS, istruzioni, tabelle, moduli, etc.);
curare l’emissione di report relativi a KPI di qualità;
fornire supporto nella gestione delle non conformità interne ed esterne;
collaborare nella verifica dell’attuazione dei piani di miglioramento a seguito di audit e/o non conformità.
laurea in ingegneria chimica e/o meccanica e/o industriale e/o gestionale;
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
buone doti relazionali, attitudine a lavorare in team, problem solving, capacità di analisi, propositività, flessibilità.
Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’aver maturato uno stage e/o esperienza di lavoro di 1-2 anni nella mansione oppure l’approfondimento, durante il corso di studi, di tematiche relative alla tecnologia dei materiali e/o sistemi oleodinamici e/o aver partecipato ad un Master in Oleodinamica.
Contratto di lavoro: tempo determinato finalizzato all’assunzione;
Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì;
CCNL Gomma e Plastica, 13 mensilità
