LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER at STAM S.r.l. STAM is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lead Project Engineer to join our Defence team in Genoa and La Spezia. By joining the STAM Defence team, you will have the opportunity to work in the Defence field, supporting key LSA/ILS programmes with major players in the industrial landscape. The Logistic Support Analysis Engineer will support the Programme Manager in technical‑management activities throughout the programme life cycle, such as analysis of contractual requirements, planning and verification of the progress of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and In‑Service Support (ISS) activities, and provide Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMT) studies. Contribute to setting up the programme by supporting the Program Manager in analysing and verifying the contractual and quotation documents; Ensure and monitor compliance with the technical requirements of the programme, providing technical supervision throughout the entire life cycle of the order; Manage and contribute to the implementation of all ILS deliverables such as user manuals, spare parts, training courses, on‑board services, information systems, interfacing with the actors and organisational units involved in the process; Interface externally with customers and suppliers of the equipment and systems. Bachelor, master, or PhD in a technical field (physics, mathematics, electronics, aerospace, computer science, computer engineering, etc.); At least 1 year of experience as an LSA Engineer or in a similar role; Good knowledge of reliability, maintainability, availability and testability concepts (RAM‑T); Good knowledge of the logistics support process (LSA); Good knowledge of system supportability concepts; Good knowledge of RAMT studies, methodology and tools; Good knowledge of life‑cycle cost concepts; Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills; A positive and ambitious mindset with a can‑do attitude; Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
