TECHNICAL CONSULTANT & VALUER
1) Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura, costituirà titolo preferenziale avere conseguito un Master in Real Estate e la certificazione RICS;
3) Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point e AutoCAD;
5) Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
8) Domicilio limitrofo alla sede aziendale.
Valutazioni di beni immobiliari appartenenti a tutte le asset class (residenziale, uffici, retail, hotel,
immobili a sviluppo) utilizzando i metodi valutativi (Market Comparison Approach, DCF, Residual
basati sulle best practices nazionali ed internazionali e compliance oriented (Standard RICS, IVSC, ABI, ecc.);
Attività di due diligence tecnica, urbanistica e documentale;
Supporto alla redazione di proposte e presentazioni destinati ai clienti;
Attività tecniche di verifica e controllo della compliance urbanistico-edilizia e catastale, analisi di
congruità del capex plan e dei tempi di sviluppo ed analisi della progettazione a livello di dettaglio
Inserimento: immediato o da concordare.
Sede Aziendale: Roma.
Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, full time, retribuzione e livello di inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza della risorsa scelta.
