Golf Gardener Greenkeeper
Located in the heart of Tuscany, Tenuta Toscana represents one of the most scenic and technically advanced golf facilities in Europe. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golf Gardener Greenkeeper to join the agronomy team at Tenuta Toscana.
Operate and carefully maintain a wide range of golf course-specific machinery (mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and maintenance equipment).
• Prepare the course by changing holes, moving tee markers, and checking surface quality, following established operating procedures.
• Support irrigation system management, including hand-watering and moisture control.
• Previous experience in golf course maintenance (preferred) or professional turf maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of turf care practices and the quality standards required in high-end facilities.
• Fluency in English.
Full-time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)
Ongoing training to enhance personal and professional development
Accommodation with free Wi-Fi can be arranged upon request for those coming from outside the area
This research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.
Availability of staff accommodation upon request. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
