Adecco Italia ricerca per azienda multinazionale specializzata nella progettazione, realizzazione e manutenzione di grandi reti di telecomunicazione, una figura di Technical Project Manager _Impianti Tecnologici. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire e coordinare progetti di natura tecnica, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche, del budget e degli standard qualitativi concordati. Sarà il punto di riferimento per il team di progetto e fungerà da collegamento tra le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte, al fine di assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati. Principali attività e responsabilità: Gestire la realizzazione di progetti/contratti affidati nel rispetto dei tempi, dei parametri contrattuali qualitativi e dei costi standard/negoziati; Coordinarsi con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei progetti e agire come interfaccia primaria verso il cliente di riferimento; Budgeting e forecasting di progetto; Gestire le priorità in relazione ai KPI contrattuali e alle segnalazioni del cliente; Programmare i lavori e l’approvvigionamento di materiali/risorse; Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento lavori; Gestire il ciclo attivo in termini di richiesta del benestare verso il cliente e gestire eventuali criticità; Gestire a livello amministrativo il contratto in termini di customer satisfaction, varianti contrattuali, penali/claims e chiusura tecnica/amministrativa dello stesso. Requisiti: Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti/cantieri di realizzazione di impianti tecnologici, elettrici e speciali (preferibilmente progetti multidisciplinari); Padronanza del codice sugli appalti pubblici; Conoscenza delle normative relative agli impianti elettrici e speciali; Conoscenza delle norme per la sicurezza in cantiere; Diploma di Perito Tecnico (meccanico, elettronico, elettrotecnico, ecc.) e/o una Laurea in Ingegneria; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
