HR SUPERVISOR

As HR Supervisor , you’ll support the Human Resources function by ensuring the smooth daily operation of all HR activities and compliance with company policies and Italian labor law. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice.
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for all hotel departments
• Coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management activities
• Preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databases
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations, internal procedures, and brand standards
• Assisting with payroll preparation and time & attendance tracking
• Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and strategic initiatives
Previous experience in an HR support or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes
• Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and HR software systems
