Per nostra azienda cliente, realtà affermata nel suo settore, siamo alla ricerca di un/a: LEGAL COUNSEL Principali Responsabilità Fornire consulenza legale su questioni contrattuali, civili, commerciali, amministrative e societarie. Redigere, esaminare e negoziare contratti, accordi commerciali e altri documenti legali. Assicurare la conformità delle attività aziendali alle normative vigenti e supportare l’implementazione di policy interne in materia legale e di governance. Supportare il direttore della funzione nel gestire il contenzioso legale e le relazioni con studi legali esterni. Analizzare e interpretare leggi, regolamenti e normative applicabili all’azienda, fornendo aggiornamenti e indicazioni operative, in collaborazione con il direttore della funzione legale. Preparare documentazione legale e rapporti per il management, supportando i processi decisionali strategici del direttore legale e dell’alta direzione. Collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire una gestione legale efficace e preventiva, minimizzando i rischi e ottimizzando i processi contrattuali e regolamentari. Requisiti Laurea in Giurisprudenza. Consolidata esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Legal Counsel. Comprovata esperienza in Diritto Civile, Commerciale, Amministrativo e Societario. Approfondita conoscenza della normativa su diritto d’autore e proprietà intellettuale. Capacità di interpretazione e applicazione delle principali regole di sfruttamento dei diritti. Ottime capacità di negoziazione, problem-solving e gestione delle relazioni con partner nazionali e internazionali. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Sede: Roma.
