Siamo pronti ad aprire le porte del nostro nuovo flagship store nel cuore del Quadrilatero Milanese. Per completare il team, siamo alla ricerca di una figura fondamentale: un/a Client Advisor capace di trasformare ogni interazione in un momento memorabile, costruendo relazioni autentiche e durature.

In qualità di Client Advisor, sarai ambasciatore/ambasciatrice dei valori Agnona. Promuovere i valori e l’identità del brand attraverso la conoscenza approfondita di prodotto e storytelling
Fidelizzare i clienti attraverso un approccio consulenziale e relazionale, con una cura costante del proprio client book
Contribuire alla cura del visual merchandising e dell’immagine della boutique
Gestire le attività di cassa e post-vendita con precisione e attenzione
Partecipare attivamente alla vita del negozio, portando energia, collaborazione e spirito propositivo

Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti retail, preferibilmente moda o lusso
Passione per il prodotto e per la consulenza al cliente
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue costituirà titolo preferenziale
Buona familiarità con strumenti digitali, CRM e sistemi di cassa
