As part of our European expansion , we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager in Malta to drive growth by partnering with innovative healthcare startups across the region. Why This Role Is Exciting Be the lead driver of iData Research’s startup growth in Europe Work closely with emerging healthcare innovators shaping the future of the industry Manage client relationships, ensuring high-value outcomes and lasting partnerships Collaborate with international teams to deliver insightful, impactful research projects Mentor and train future account managers as the team grows Fully remote, with flexible work hours while making a visible impact across Europe Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and secure partnerships in business development with healthcare giants as well as start-ups in Europe Manage end-to-end sales processes and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality insights Maintain client activity, track opportunities, and manage pipelines in CRM tools Mentor and support future team members Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions Grow sales in Europe according to company objectives Be driven by results and aspiration to grow a European division in Malta   Who You Are 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management in B2B, preferably in healthcare, market research, or consulting Experienced in managing startup accounts and building strong partnerships Skilled in CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.
