A diretto riporto del Direttore, la risorsa rappresentera il suo punto di riferimento operativo, supportandolo come figura di fiducia nelle attivita di gestione quotidiana e garantendo il corretto funzionamento del servizio serale.Responsabilita principaliCoordinamento delle attivita di sala e bar.Supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane e del personale.Gestione della turnistica del personale.Gestione delle chiusure cassa e dei relativi report.Gestione degli approvvigionamenti cucina e monitoraggio scorte.Accoglienza clienti e garanzia di un'esperienza di servizio eccellente.Controllo degli standard qualitativi e operativi.Risoluzione delle problematiche operative e supporto al team.RequisitiEsperienza nel ruolo di Restaurant/Bar Manager o similare.Ottime capacita organizzative e di leadership.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Disponibilita a lavorare dalle 17 alle 23, 6 giorni su 7.Attitudine al problem solving e forte orientamento al cliente.Cosa offriamoAssunzione a tempo indeterminatoAmbiente strutturato e professionale.Possibilita di crescita.Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.
