Key Tasks per la posizione di Customer Sales Support, le attivita del reparto operativo riguarderanno:Gestione ordini clienti: supportare nella ricezione, inserimento e monitoraggio degli ordini sul gestionale aziendale.Attivita di back office commerciale: predisporre documentazione e aggiornare i database interni.Customer care: fornire assistenza ai clienti su informazioni di prodotto, stato ordini, consegne e segnalazioni.Monitoraggio KPI e reportistica: contribuire all'elaborazione di report periodici su vendite, performance e attivita commerciali.Con ottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseProveniente da un percorso di studi con taglio economicoBuona conoscenza ed utilizzo di ExcelBuone capacita analitiche e ottima capacita di comunicazionePersona motivata, sveglia e disponibile ad apprendere Proposta: stage 6 mesi con 800€ di rimborso spese + mensa aziendale Lingue conosciute: Inglese Competenze: Magazzino - Controllo merci (entrate/uscite) Magazzino - Codifica codici merci Magazzino - Gestione flussi magazzino Magazzino - Procedure di organizzazione logistica Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
