La Divisione Technical Engineering di RANDSTAD PROFESSIONAL, specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di Middle & Senior Management, ricerca per un primario player del settore un Project Manager – Gestione Emergenze e Cantieri. La risorsa, sarà responsabile delle commesse in Liguria, con base a Genova . Il suo obiettivo sarà convertire scenari di criticità in progetti strutturat i, assicurando l'eccellenza operativa nel rispetto dei vincoli di budget e degli standard qualitativi attesi dal cliente. Di che cosa ti occuperai: Sviluppo e Preventivazione: Individuare nuove opportunità sul territorio, effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici per valutare i danni e preparare l'offerta economica. Gestione Operativa: Pianificare le squadre di lavoro, i materiali e la logistica. Seguire l'avanzamento dei lavori in cantiere assicurando qualità e rispetto dei tempi. Sicurezza e Normativa: Vigilare sul rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e redigere la documentazione necessaria (POS). Controllo Economico: Monitorare budget e incassi, assicurandoti che ogni progetto sia profittevole. Relazioni: Diventare un punto di riferimento per periti assicurativi e partner locali. Requisiti richiesti: Problem Solving: Capacità di mantenere la calma nelle emergenze e prendere decisioni basate sui fatti. Mentalità Imprenditoriale: Ti senti "proprietario" dei tuoi progetti e ti muovi con autonomia per raggiungere l'obiettivo. Leadership: Sai guidare le squadre operative sul campo. Metodo: Sei organizzato, rispetti le scadenze e hai confidenza con i numeri (budget e margini). Ricerchiamo un professionista proveniente da contesti tecnicamente complessi — come il comparto delle ristrutturazioni civili/industriali, dei servizi di manutenzione straordinaria o della gestione sinistri — capace di coniugare competenza tecnica e rapidità d'intervento Sede di lavoro: Genova (con trasferte in Liguria e, occasionalmente, sul territorio nazionale). L’Offerta: La retribuzione sarà commisurata all'effettiva seniority del candidato.
