We’re hiring an AI Specialist to work at the intersection of applied AI, business operations, and execution. This role is about taking AI out of theory and into production — directly inside our portfolio companies and business units.
You’ll work closely with operators, product leaders, and our central AI team to identify high impact opportunities, deploy AI-powered solutions end to end, and ensure they deliver real business results.
Work with our team of AI Software Engineers to build and improve internal AI-powered solutions that solve real operational problems end to end.
2–5+ years of experience in AI Implementation & Solutions Engineering, AI Consulting or AI Product Management (flexible up to ~6 years for strong profiles).
~ Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt engineering, RAG, tool invocation, and agentic frameworks.
~ Experience deploying AI solutions into real-world environments with reliability, monitoring, and iteration based on user feedback.
~ Exposure to business metrics, operational KPIs, cost drivers, and basic P&L dynamics in digital or software businesses.
