Aurora Talent Agency si espande. Stiamo cercando una figura di Talent Manager con vocazione per il mondo dell'influencer marketing e del talent management. La posizione è di lavoro agile e da remoto, per persone based in Milano. Responsabilità * Gestione dell'operatività dei progetti branded tra content creator e brand * Gestione delle pubbliche relazioni tra content creator e brand * Gestione della parte creativa ed editoriale dei content creator e dei conseguenti contenuti * Gestione della logistica dei content creator assegnati * Analisi di dati insights e delle performance dei content creator assegnati. Qualifiche * Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore del talent management * Conoscenza base dei flussi nel talent management. * Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2). * Capacità di lavorare in empatia e comunione col proprio team e coi content creator assegnati. Responsabilità principali In qualità di Talent Manager, affiancherai i talent e creator nelle attività di: supporto operativo nella gestione dei progetti con brand e agenzie; coordinamento con i creator per brief, deadline, pubblicazioni; monitoraggio dei contenuti pubblicati e raccolta dati/report; aggiornamento dei materiali di presentazione dei talent; gestione e sviluppo dei percorsi strategici ed editoriali dei talent; partecipazione alle call di team e brainstorming creativi. Info pratiche Lavoro 100% da remoto, ma si richiede la residenza o disponibilità nella zona di Milano per eventuali meeting o progetti speciali.
